All purchases are final, and returns are not accepted. If a return is absolutely necessary, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Customized items cannot be exchanged.
To qualify for an exchange on a standard pickup model, please adhere to the following requirements:
– Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the pickup and must be due to tonal issues.
– The pickup(s) must be returned in their original, unused, and saleable condition.
– The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any shipping charges (both ways) for the replacement pickup and any price differences. *Customized items are not eligible for return.
Labyrinth Guitar Pickups is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen. We recommend purchasing postal insurance and keeping track of your shipment. For lost or stolen items, please contact your shipping carrier or local authorities.
Customers are accountable for any duties, customs charges, and taxes. Labyrinth Guitar Pickups does not cover these additional costs.
*Customized refers to items made to specific customer specifications, resulting in a unique product. This includes all Loaded Pickguards and may involve custom magnet choices or specific winding numbers. We define “custom” or “customized” items at our discretion.
Labyrinth Guitar Pickups’ maximum liability in relation to your order is limited to the total amount you paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, such as lost revenue, profits, data loss, or other economic losses, except in cases of our own negligence or intentional misconduct.
Warranty
At Labyrinth Guitar Pickups, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. We provide a 12-month warranty on parts and workmanship to the original purchaser if you decide to install the pickups yourself. If your pickup arrives without continuity on a multimeter, we will replace it at no cost. Should your pickup experience any issues within the first 12 months, we will promptly repair or replace it, free of charge.
All pickups installed by an authorised installer listed on our website will give you a 3 year warranty on our range of pickups.
Please note: Any attempts to “relic,” “direct mount,” or otherwise modify or damage the pickup will void the warranty. Exercise caution during installation, as some of the wires in our pickups are thinner than a human hair. If a wire breaks, be honest and contact us; we’re here to help.
Our pickups are crafted with high-quality components and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring many years of reliable performance.
According to the ACCC: “Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You also have the right to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards, provided the failure does not amount to a major failure.”
Please be aware that statutory warranty applies only to products sold within Australia.
